What’s Wonderslide?
Wonderslide is operated by Wondershare.
Wonderslide is the additional free conversion service which Wondershare provides to the register users (who bought Wondershare PowerPoint converters) and limited service to un-register users.
As a register user, you can zip your PowerPoint presentation with audio or video clips to .zip or .rar package and then send to us. You are also allowed to use our service up to 5 times a day without any other file size limitation. However, you need to pay attention to that if you upload file bigger than 50M, it may fail easily.
Am I allowed to use this service before I buy your products?
Yes. You can use our online service to convert your PowerPoint presentation to the video format to AVI, WMV, MP4 or FLV.
However, you are only allowed to upload 2 times a day and 5 times in all (identified by IP and email address).
How many files are allowed to upload in one day?
Currently, if you are a register user, you are allowed to upload no more than 5 files a day.
If you are a trial user, you can only upload 2 files a day and 5 times in all (identified by email address and IP).
Do you support PPT files with linked audio and video files?
Sorry, as a un-register user, audio and video files linked to PPT files will be discarded after conversion. But embedded audio files can be converted correctly.
And if you are a register user, you can send us presentation with linked audio and video clips. However, you must package it to .zip or .rar and then sent to us.
What kind of PPT file formats do you support?
The supported file formats are .ppt, pptx, .pps, .ppsx.
How many files can I convert at one time?
At present, you can only convert one file in a single session.
Converting PowerPoint to video/DVD is a time-consuming job. Every PPT file needs to queue up for conversion. Sometimes the conversion may last over 24 hrs. And, if your PPT file does not suit the requirements, a notification will also be sent to your email box for telling the problem on the file.
If you still do not receive the email, do one of the following:
- Check your spam box, sometimes our email may be blocked by your mail server. Please add our email address to your safe list.
- You have probably entered an incorrect email address. Just re-upload your PPT files with a valid email address.
- Report it to our support team via wonderslide@wondershare.com or submit a ticket in the support centre.
Can I convert the same file twice?
It is allowed to convert the same file twice if you like as you may choose different output formats.
However, you need to upload twice or more to get different output.
Can I upload files held on other websites?
Sorry, but you are only allowed to upload files from your local drives.
What output formats do you support?
The output formats include WMV, AVI, MP4, FLV.
How many times can I download the output files?
You are allowed to download the converted files as many times as you want. Note, we will remove all the output files every 24 hrs. Please download your outputs as soon as you receive our email. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will elongate the time if the free space allows.
How long should it take to upload or download my file?
Our server is located in USA. The time depends on the type of Internet connection you are using. Dial-up users may find that the process is slow. If you are using broadband and experiencing slow upload speeds remember that many broadband and ADSL providers allow for fast download speeds but limit users on upload speeds. It is better to check it with your provider for more detailed information.
